North Texas Co-Ed Soccer Champions!
I didn't know how challenging this league would be for me. Running across the field for about 2 hrs each week. Today, at 37* and with snow for some time, it was one of the more challenging games. I was out of sync. Missing the ball multiple times. At halway point one of the ladies advised me to play closer to middle. You are offsites multiple times. She said an explained what offsites meant. I know what offsite means, but obviously was hurting the team by not realizing when I was offsites 😱. I took her advise on the second half, and although I wasn't at the top or scored any, I was where the team needed me the most.
